Print Publications

Since its foundation, the main task of Collegium Carolinum has been to publish research into the Bohemian Lands and Slovakia. The Institute has been publishing such work in a variety of series and formats for several decades now, initially exclusively in classical print form, but now mostly online as well, after an embargo period of three years. You can find an overview of the current series issued by Collegium Carolinum here, in under the headings Publications of Collegium Carolinum and the Bad Wiesseer Tagungen. In addition to this, there is also the opportunity to browse through stand-alone publications, the Biographisches Lexikon zur Geschichte der böhmischen Länder and the Sudetendeutsches Wörterbuch, as well as completed series and older handbooks. The options for ordering and for digital access are provided with together with the relevant volumes.

Stand-alone volumes

Monographs and anthologies are sometimes published individually outside any series of publications.

The Dictionary of German Dialects in Bohemia and Moravia-Silesia indexes the various German dialects spoken in the historical Czech lands.
