The Prague Histories Forum is a joint public lecture series co-organized by Collegium Carolinum, the German Historical Institute Warsaw (DHI Warsaw) and the Leibniz Institute for the History and Culture of Eastern Europe (GWZO), and hosted by the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague.

Building on the experience of the Prague Lectures, the series brings internationally recognized scholars into dialogue with students, researchers and the wider public. Each semester is organized around a thematic cluster exploring the history and societies of East Central Europe from a multidisciplinary humanities perspective.

The theme of the Winter Semester 2026/27 is Gender & Queer in East Central Europe. The public lecture series begins on 20 October 2026.
